Terms of Service

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

You may use the services only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.

You must not:

• Use the service to violate another person’s rights.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Misrepresent your identity or use the service for fraud.
• Reverse engineer the service except where law permits it.

You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter into this agreement. The service is not intended for children under 13. We may suspend access if account information is false, compromised, or connected to activity that violates these terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the services.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

Artri Studio and its licensors own the services, branding, software, and other materials we provide. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services; they do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

We work to keep the services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we provide notice when reasonably practical.

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artri Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms or create risk for the service or others. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination remain in effect.
